Working from a confined office while renting various warehouse spaces, local general contractor, Integrate Build, was able to simultaneously expand and consolidate their operations into their new shared facility on Duncan Road. The combination of the rear pre-engineered metal warehouse and wood-framed front office provides approximately 13,600 square feet of storage and office needs while effectively subdividing the space for additional tenants. Their growing building supplier, iBuild Supply, was also able to consolidate their operations into their Duncan Road Center and take advantage of their prime location to operate between Lafayette, West Lafayette, and beyond with proximity to the interstate.
