KJG worked with INOK Investments on two separate but comparable developments on Yeager Road in West Lafayette. The first project, completed in 2018, allowed Little Star ABA Therapy to expand from their previous location and serve more clientele. The second building, completed in 2020, provided ample space for multiple tenants including York Dental and Heman Lawson Hawks. Both buildings were constructed swiftly and efficiently with precast concrete panels that also featured alternating parapet heights on it’s exterior facade.
