The Granite Student Living’s new office brought their location into the North by Northwest apartment complex’s corner storefront. Granite management wanted the office to be a place for resident association, an area to gain information, as well as a place to conference with potential future residents. As a graphically driven project, signature design elements of the office fit their branding. The space features large scale and high pattern that creates an emphasis of energy, and the change up of furniture materials and wall finishes add to this, keeping the space fresh and clean.
