Purdue Campus West Lafayette, IN

2016

In under 18 months, the original Farmhouse Fraternity house at State and Russell Streets on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus gave way to a brand new modern building poised to serve the Fraternity for generations. The new structure stands four stories over a basement and comfortably accommodates up to 70 residents. KJG worked closely with the design committee to understand their organization and eventually incorporate a functional and efficient layout of the foyer, formal living room, chapter room, entertainment room, recreational area, library, full-service kitchen, dining hall, study rooms, and mother’s suite. Along with the 3-man and 4-man suites upstairs, a separate sleeping dorm and computer lab are provided, and every level can be conveniently accessed by elevator.
