Groomsville Popcorn has fully realized their vision to convert an old fire station into a vibrant and charming small-town cafe. The renovation for their new location on East Street in Tipton, Indiana required a nearly complete demolition down the structure of the original metal building. This allowed Groomsville Popcorn to rebuild and fully utilize the entire space for their popcorn production and establish a new café dubbed East Street Provisions. With the renovations the owners were able to install several overhead glass doors that open the café out onto a sheltered porch that can release the sweet smells of popcorn and donuts (and the pizza oven!), but also let in a cool summer breeze. Inside, the cafe ushers in a rustic vibe with a modern twist complemented with both wood-look flooring and curved bulkheads coated with a modern triangular pattern.
