The Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity project consisted of a 4 level, approximately 24,100 square feet complete renovation of all interior spaces. The goal of the project was to create a more inviting and collaborative space for the end users throughout the common and private areas. Much attention was paid to increasing light throughout and varying color palettes on each floor were added to contribute to wayfinding while keeping the integrity of the fraternity’s history.
