St. Lawrence lacked adequate space for gathering or meetings for parish functions. Together we developed a program that met the needs and goals of the building team and congregation. The new facility expansion includes a large flexible gathering room, a state of the art kitchen facility, coat room, restrooms, multi-purpose meeting room, and storage on the first floor. The unfinished basement contains future gathering space, restrooms, and several mechanical rooms. A testament to KJG’s intricate design, St. Lawrence Parish Hall won in 2006 the Indiana Concrete Masonry Association Award of Excellence in institutional Clay Design.
