A 40,000 square foot building located on Duncan Road in Lafayette, INOK 40K is a successful example of maximizing the building shell while focusing the design elements on the entrance and lobby of the multi-tenant building. With aluminum-clad fins, a curved glass office above the entry overlooks the lobby through a triangular atrium that ties both levels together. The pre-cast structural panels allowed a quick construction of the shell and allowed the use of large areas of glazing to wrap around the building.
