Cascada Centre is a 37,000 S.F. medical office building located on the east side of Lafayette, near two new area hospitals. Working with the owner’s contractor from the very beginning, KJG worked with budget in mind throughout the design and documentation phases. The contempory finishes on the interior and the exterior design were chosen to mimic those finishes found in a large metropolitan area in an effort to raise the bar for office space in Lafayette.
