Global Holdings Development is located in a dense mixed-use area adjacent to Purdue University. The building contains 2500 S.F. retail space on the first floor and 18 studio apartments above. Because of the site constrictions, the enclosed parking is located under the rear of the building. Working closely with the owner, KJG was able to maximize the unit count, retail space, and parking on a tight but high-traffic site. The exterior design utilizes brick veneer, gables, and awnings and planters at the street level to tie this building into the venacular of the area.
