The Village at Colbert Park is a 280-unit townhome-style apartment community for college student living. Featuring a contemporary clubhouse with a fitness center, spa, and a large community room, the complex features ample parking for a medium density site, as well as an adjacent park for recreation. KJG was instrumental in the feasability, site planning, and building design for the project. Working closely with the owners, KJG met with city inspectors regularly to ensure the community was open and leased in time for the school year.
