McCormick Clubhouse serves a 222-unit apartmetn complex in West Lafayette. Working with the develpoer/owner, we developed a design that lends itself to the limitations of the property while accentuating the desired style of the adjacent apartment buildings. The second floor of this facility provides fully furnished model apartments. The first floor is equiped with a game room, kitchenette, restrooms, sauna and facility offices. An inground pool, a fully equiped exercise room and running track in the lower level provide the diversity of activities fir the tenants and give our client the desired edge in rental amenities that set this facility apart from others.
